Dalst Stone Wine Cellars is the exclusive US importer of the only limestone wine cellar storage system available in the world today. Our wine alcoves are cast with powdered limestone, quarried in Burgundy, France. The look of our limestone system offers a unique synthesis of simple modern lines and feel, with an Old World origin and aesthetic.

Unlike other storage systems, the limestone offers an inert thermal mass which absorb then reradiates the ambient room temperature of the cellar down through the bottles, creating a uniform and undisturbed "cold chamber" for wine to age. The structural stability of the stone reduces harmful vibrations and allows the wine bottles to settle and mature to their fullest potential, creating nuance and complexity over the years.
